1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and okbett ("okbett", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okbett online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

okbett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent depending on violation severity. During suspension, you may not access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Upon account termination for cause, okbett may withhold any remaining balance, void pending bets, and forfeit all bonuses and winnings. The okbett name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of okbett.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written permission from okbett. Unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbett, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

okbett does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free Platform operation. You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. okbett is not responsible for any losses you incur through gameplay. Technical failures, communication disruptions, or service interruptions may occur and okbett assumes no liability for losses resulting from such occurrences unless caused by okbett's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In no event shall okbett's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to okbett in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11. Amendments to Terms

okbett reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account.
